Annual Holiday Outreach Program

 

All requests due by December 13 
 
We would like to make the Holiday season a little easier for our fishing families in need. NFW’s will provide a hearty food box for families that apply, plus a present and a warm clothing item for the children in those families.

 
If you are or know of a family that is in the fishing industry that needs some extra help this year please contact us,

all information will remain completely private.

Below is the information we will need to  to qualify you for the assistance 

 

How many people are in your house hold?

 

How many are children and their ages?

 

 We need your contact information, your name,  your email, phone number, address and the names of the people in your family.

 

All information will remain private, once your application has been accepted, you will be given a number and the volunteers in this program only know you by that number.

The only people that have access to your information are the intake volunteers and the volunteers handing out the baskets.

 

We also need a list of your child's favorite things toys/clothes. And sizes in clothes. We can't always get them exactly what they want because we use donations, but we can use the list to request things and if a donor takes a whole family we give them the favorites list to make the job easier. We will have the presents and a food box available for pick up a on Dec 16 at a time to be determined. If you cannot pick the items up on the day of distribution we request that you do not apply for this program, for safety and liability reasons we can no longer send volunteers to deliver.
